The Mean Girls star, 24, has gone 100 days since her last positive drug and alcohol test and is successfully staying away from the substances that have landed her in rehab, reports RadarOnline.com.

Since entering the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, California, Lohan has been earning privileges to leave on day trips, work, and even drive again. All of which are part of the recovery Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Elden Fox hoped to achieve when he sentenced the actress to the treatment center until January 3, 2011.

Lohan is taking her sobriety seriously, according to her mom Dina, and is looking forward to working again in the New Year.

Her father Michael wished his daughter well and said: “I hope she has a decade more.”

A spokesman for TaDa, the company behind the link the Mean Girls star tweeted, had no comment on Lohan’s work for the company or how much she was paid.

“We do not work directly with Lindsay, nor have any direct affiliation with her. She belongs to a promotion network, Mylikes, where TaDa publishes its sale content,” the Daily Mail quoted Mary Yee, VP of Marketing at Shopzilla Inc, owners of TaDa, as telling website TheWrap.

“Lindsay must have seen our sale today, liked it, and chose to promote it,” Yee added.

TMZ reported that the actress feared she was being targeted by a stalker after receiving a string of harassing phone calls and text messages from an unknown number.

Lohan is currently undergoing treatment for drug addiction at the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, Calif.

Betty Ford Center staff has now beefed up security in order to protect the ‘Mean Girls’ star following the calls, in which an unidentified person allegedly made disparaging comments about her recovery and her family, reports TMZ.

The anonymous caller also claimed that Lohan was being watched, sources said.

Betty Ford officials responded by moving Lohan to a private facility and limiting her outings, reports the New York Post.

At the very beginning it was assumed that the 24-year-old actress had a bipolar disorder but later the diagnosis was not confirmed by the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Hospital. Anyway the final report was not yet written and the doctors already announced that a suspected psychiatric issue was not severe. At this moment everything depends on doctors because as soon as Lindsay’s lawyer Mr Holley gets a final medical report, the actress will be allowed to pass an outpatient care.

Finally it was ordered that Lindsay should complete her 90 days in the rehab and if she is going to violate her probation once again she will have to come back in order to face a second term in prison. The probation will last till August 2011.

Instead of 90 days, the star served only 13 days in jail before she was transferred to a rehabilitation centre located in California. According to a court order, the star will have to spend 90 days in that medical facility where she is already being treated for drug addiction.

But Dina claims that the 24-year-old star is doing her best to rebuild her career and life in general and will definitely succeed in it if the paparazzi get off her back.

What concerns restrictions, they are the following: the actress is forbidden to use a mobile phone – only common room’s payphone, she can’t have any make-up and be dressed in clothes with ties or belts.

There will be special hours allocated for visits – though Lindsay’s movements around the hospital are limited a lot.

The star’s treatment will definitely include strictly administered medication, group and personal therapy. At the same time the actress will be able to boost her creativity as board games and jigsaw puzzles are available for her there.

Lohan reveals in the story that she will appear in the men’s magazine in September that she was feeling really strong. According to her, she had experienced a lot of trouble in her life, and a lot of faith had been given to her by her mom. So, the star believed that the latest trouble would definitely pass too. When the actress turned 24 on July 2 she wished to focus on herself and her work, and to make the press concentrate on the work she did.

That undisclosed rehab center was approved by Judge Marsha Revel as she was worried that drugs could be delivered to the star without any problems in other rehab facilities.

Legal experts say that if Lindsay Lohan breaks any regulations during her three-month treatment, the judge will have the right to send her back to jail for probation violation.

Furthermore, a year of random drug testing is waiting for the actress. The star is obliged to stay sober and clean until her probation term ends in August 2011.

TMZ was told by some sources close to the star that Judge Marsha Revel ignored those rehabilitation clinics, which were recommended by Lindsay’s psychiatrists appointed by court. Instead of the provided list, she chose to send the actress to a compound located in Californian Costa Mesa.

Only the Chief Operating Officer working at the Morningside facility was able to win over Judge Revel. He assured the woman that the celebrity would have to undergo much “tougher” treatment there in comparison with all other regular patients, because she would have absolutely no contact with the outside world in that facility. The appointed psychiatrists were claiming, at the same time, that only the centres selected by them would guarantee Lindsay Lohan the required level of support.

The star is supposed to be released from jail this weekend and will be directed the abovementioned rehab practically immediately. Ahead of the actress’s arrival, the Morningside facility was refurbished.
