Nicole Richie Announced at David Letterman’s Show that She and Madden are already Engaged

Joel Madden tweeted in his account about his happy moment with Nicole Richie – they are already engaged! And while the father of Sparrow and Harlow told the good news via social networking site, Nicole Richie confirmed their engagement during her recent taping at the Late Show with David Letterman.

The taping was done Monday but it would be aired on Friday. Nicole flaunted the engagement ring as she revealed their plans for the upcoming wedding to the infamous host. Richie and Madden were already on a steady relationship for three years.

Both Letterman and Richie first confirmed that there is still no Mrs. Richie Madden as of the moment. However, when the host asked if they have plans to get married Nicole immediately said that they are already engaged. David Letterman congratulated the former Paris BFF and slightly closed the topic by joking about how other young couples decide to get married by the time that their kids are already done with college. Nicole Richie also promoted her fashion businesses such as the House of Harlow (shoe line) and the Winter Kate (clothing line) during the show.

However, the next day after the taping, Nicole Richie was not wearing any sign of her engagement with Madden when she appeared at the Live with Regis and Kelly show.
