Lindsay Lohan Needs to Spend Some Time with Relatives before Going to Rehab

Lindsay Lohan has to spend less than a week in jail. After that she has to spend three months in rehab. It has become known that the actress is really worried and upset about her mandatory rehab treatment.

As Shawn Chapman Holley, the star’s attorney, said after visiting Lindsay Lohan on Tuesday, she would really like to stay some time with her relatives after she is released from jail. However, her wish is questionable as she may be forced to go directly to rehab after her jail term is finished.

It was confirmed by prosecutors on Tuesday that Lindsay Lohan will be given only 24 hours after she is released from jail to report to a residential rehab facility based in Los Angeles.
The star is likely to be released on Sunday or Monday. According to her attorney, he is extremely worried whether it will be a tough push for the girl to go directly to rehab after her jail release.

Holley says that Lindsay wanted him to emphasize to judge that it wouldn’t be fair for her if she had no chance to stay with her family before going to rehab.
