Lindsay Lohan is Finally Free From Californian Jail

It has been recently announced that Lindsay Lohan was released from jail, based in Lynwood in California, on Monday morning. The star spent 13 full days there.

Steve Whitmore, Los Angeles Sheriff’s spokesman, said outside the jail that the actress was freed at 1:35 a.m. After that she was immediately directed to a treatment center. This final point of the star’s destination will be a rehab based at an Orange County in California. From now on Lindsay Lohan will be supervised by the probation department of Los Angeles.

Jane Robison, District Attorney spokeswoman, told PEOPLE that all of them were concerned whether Morningside Recovery was a secure facility for the star or not. That undisclosed rehab center was approved by Judge Marsha Revel as she was worried that drugs could be delivered to the star without any problems in other rehab facilities.

Legal experts say that if Lindsay Lohan breaks any regulations during her three-month treatment, the judge will have the right to send her back to jail for probation violation.

Furthermore, a year of random drug testing is waiting for the actress. The star is obliged to stay sober and clean until her probation term ends in August 2011.
