Leonardo Withdraws from Viking Movie Directed by Mel Gibson
The public has been informed by RadarOnline.com that one of the upcoming projects of “Lethal Weapon” actor has lost its best star.
Leonardo DiCaprio, the star of “Inception,” has been reported to withdraw from a film depicting Viking warriors that Gibson was going to direct. An unnamed source that is quite close to DiCaprio just said “Not a chance.”
The site stated that another proof that the actor’s Hollywood career was under threat is that he was dumped by his talent agency when the tape scandal occurred. RadarOnline.com pointed out that it would be rather difficult for Mel to regain his lost star status.
As the unnamed source informed, DiCaprio would have cooperated together with Gibson for the first time in that Viking film. However, the star is a really meticulous actor who has managed to create his practically 20-year long cinema career without any major public scandals. That is why DiCaprio decided not to be associated with Gibson and in such a way not to risk his reputation.
The source reportedly said that the actor had earned the right to choose those people with who he wanted to work. The shooting of the untitled Viking movie had to start in the fall.
