Casey Affleck Denies Sexual Harassment Lawsuit and Calles it Totally Fabricated
It has been reported that Casey Affleck and his attorneys are trying to fight back a lawsuit claiming sexual harassment brought against him. He claims it to be “completely fabricated.”
Amanda White lodged a lawsuit against Affleck last week. She claimed that during “I’m Still Here: The Lost Year of Joaquin Phoenix,” the documentary about Joaquin Phoenix, she faced undesired sexual advances. We know that White was a producer, and Affleck directed that film.
Access Hollywood was lucky to obtain court documents in which White’s claims were called totally fabricated by Affleck. According to him, the woman expressed only sincere happiness about her cooperation with him so many times and never complained during their work on the project.
Ken Sunshine, Affleck’s rep, called this suit, filed by Amanda White, totally “desperate.” Affleck’s rep shared with Access Hollywood that that lawsuit was an obvious pressure tactic used by that woman in order to get more than she deserved. According to him, Amanda White concocted those fabricated, desperate claims when her new theories and other tactics didn’t work and when she didn’t manage to grab more money with the help of an agent and two different attorneys.
